Delete in the app
- Sign in to the Locily account you want to delete.
- Open Profile and Settings.
- Scroll to the account actions below Sign out.
- Select Delete account.
- Read the warning and confirm permanent deletion.
Account control
Delete your Locily account.
Account deletion is permanent. It removes the selected account profile and associated personal data unless specific records must be retained by law or for a limited security purpose.
What is removed
- The selected Locily profile and authentication account
- Profile media and personal account information
- Associated content and interactions where deletion is required
- Push notification registration and local authenticated session
Company and personal profiles
If one authentication identity has more than one Locily account type, carefully confirm which account is active before deletion. The app must explain whether the action deletes one profile type or the entire authentication identity.
If deletion fails
Do not create duplicate accounts. Send the account email, account type, exact error and timestamp to info@locily.dk. Never send your password.
