For the fastest investigation, include the email on your account, the approximate time, device model and a screenshot. Never send your password.

I cannot sign in

Confirm the sign-in method used to create the account. Google, Apple and email sign-in can represent different identities unless they are correctly linked. Use the password recovery email for email/password accounts.

My event or profile image is missing

Refresh once on a stable connection. If the issue remains, send the event/profile name, both account emails involved and the time the image was uploaded.

An interaction did not persist

Do not repeatedly tap. Refresh the event once, record the exact visible message and send the event title, time and your account email to support.

I need to report an event or user

Use the in-app report control where available. For urgent safety concerns, contact local emergency services first.

How do I delete my account?

Open Profile settings in Locily and choose Delete account. See the full instructions on the account deletion page.

Can a venue join the beta?

Yes. Use the venue partner form and describe the events you host.
