Beta and Pre-Launch Service
Locily is currently a beta/pre-launch product. Features may change, break, improve or be removed as we prepare the Copenhagen-first release.
Acceptable Use
You may use Locily only for lawful, honest and non-abusive purposes. Do not post illegal events, misleading offers, harassment, hateful content, spam, scams, malware, private information without permission, impersonation or content that puts users at risk.
User-Generated Events and Content
Users, companies and event hosts are responsible for the events, comments, images, prices, venue details and other content they submit. You must have the rights to upload images and publish event information.
Business and Venue Responsibility
Businesses and hosts are responsible for event accuracy, venue safety, capacity, permits, age restrictions, pricing, refunds, ticket handling, alcohol rules, accessibility and any offers or perks they publish.
Moderation
Locily may hide, edit or remove events, comments, profiles or company pages; restrict features; suspend or terminate accounts; and preserve moderation records when needed for safety, abuse prevention or legal reasons.
No Guarantee of Event Accuracy
Locily helps people discover local events, but we cannot guarantee that every event is accurate, available, safe, correctly priced or still happening. Users should check critical event details before attending.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Locily is not liable for user-generated content, third-party event issues, venue conduct, user conduct, lost opportunities, indirect losses, platform downtime or decisions made based on event information.
