It is also one of the most common and widely debated conditions, posing challenges for both those affected and the healthcare system But what happens when the brain is shaken, and what does the latest research say about treatment? Should a concussion be defined as a brain injury—and what are the biggest myths, breakthroughs, and professional disagreements in this field today?
