A world of beauty opens up when dedicated peony collector shares his knowledge We will hear Marianne Pedersen talk about how peonies succeed in the garden. We will hear about cultivation, placement and propagation, which plants can replace them when the flowers fade, and especially how many exciting species there are. There will be ample opportunity for more knowledge and inspiration for your own garden. The lecture is illustrated with beautiful pictures. In her 3000 m 2 garden, Marianne has around 150 different peonies, divided into wild species, silk peonies, tree peonies and hybrids. Marianne's great interest in peonies started in 1999, when she bought her first tree peony on a holiday in Sweden and later became a member of the Danish Peony Society. Marianne is a trained gardener, and when she is not in her large garden, she is active in the Geographical Garden in Kolding. Admission includes coffee/tea and cake. Everyone is welcome.
