It turned out to be a 900-year-old boat, which is now on display at Holbæk Museum! Hear about the archaeologists' hard work digging it up and see how the conservators worked to date, preserve and display it. Despite almost a thousand years in dirt and sand, today the boat is impressively well preserved and almost intact. Afterwards, we enter the exhibition, which is staged with light, video and sound to create an atmospheric and sensory experience. The boat is exhibited in the largest display case ever built at Holbæk Museum - a spectacular sight in itself!
