We have set up an apple press outdoors-though under cover if necessary-and we take turns pressing our own apples and bottling the juice in containers, such as plastic jugs, for the freezer Pressing apples is an activity that is fun for both children and adults Monday, September 28, from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Baungaard, Hover Kirkevej 49 E. We have borrowed an efficient apple press from Klimafokus Vejle for the day. You simply need to bring your apples-preferably washed-and clean containers for the pressed juice. We will work together to operate the equipment. Please let us know when you plan to arrive so we can create a schedule and minimize waiting times. Of course, any waiting time can be put to good use enjoying coffee and conversation. The cost is 25 DKK per family, which covers the fee for borrowing the equipment.
