Join us as we make lanterns to light up the Christmas season. Christmas is the darkest time of the year. We light candles in the darkness to create a Christmas atmosphere, and at the winter solstice we celebrate the light slowly beginning to return. With white markers and snow spray, we decorate glasses that you can put tea lights in. Place the lantern on the windowsill at home and turn it on when darkness falls. The library will provide materials, so just bring your good Christmas spirit and maybe a Santa hat. For children from 4 years old and their adults.
