Hymns for 500 years on 29/9-2026 at 7:00 PM in Ø. Bjerregrav Community Center. On the occasion of the Randers Church Music Festival, Sangkraft Randers will come to Øster Bjerregrav Experience a lively evening in the spirit of hymns with singing, stories and music. We sing hymns by Kingo, Brorson and Grundtvig and hear about how both faith, longingand anger has inspired psalmists throughout the ages. Music educator Mik Stegger, literature educator Inger Nygaard Kaad and organist Kristian Melchior guide us through the history of the hymn tradition - from the fervor of Pietism to Laub's renewal of church music. An evening where storytelling, singing and community come together in a higher unity.
