Join us on a cozy and imaginative journey where stories and movement meet. In picture book yoga, we read an exciting picture book together and use our bodies to play into the story. We stretch like the trees, jump like the animals, and balance like the characters in the book. Through playful exercises, movement and small breaks for calm and reflection, the children's imagination, body awareness and concentration are strengthened. Picture book yoga is a present and creative experience where the children become part of the story and are allowed to experience it with their whole bodies. Practical information For children from 4-6 years old with an adult Find tickets here on the page from August 6th. Only one adult per child. Age limit must be respected.
