Fantastic family concert for all children and their families - with dance-friendly folk music from Latin America! My friend Cumbé, is the story of the amazing Latin American music genre "cumbia", which is one of the many musical results of the colonization of the Americas Through their music—which ranges from pre-Columbian sounds and African drums to more modern interpretations of cumbia—the group tells the story of how the music came to be. Along the way, storytelling will play a central role, and the audience will meet, among other things, the Native American Bianco, who becomes friends with the African slave Cumbé in colonial Latin America.
