Presentation and debate on settlement in rural areas with research and local perspectives Presentation and debate: Why do some people choose to move to - and others from - rural areas? And what do nature, community, work and life stages mean for our choice of residence? This afternoon we will focus on settlement in the Lemvige region and in rural areas in general. The event is aimed particularly at those who are curious about or have an interest in the issue of the declining population in the municipality. Participants leave with new knowledge about the depth of the problems and possible solutions. Price: 50 DKK including coffee and cake Based on research, local experiences and personal stories, presenters and panelists examine what creates attachment to a place - and what opportunities exist to strengthen the settlement in the future. The event brings together researchers, decision-makers, businesses and immigrants for a joint conversation about lifestyles, choices and the importance of place.
