Our gut system is crucial to our lives and well-being, yet it's an area we rarely talk about. However, in recent years, research has highlighted how important a healthy gut is - for both physical and mental well-being. In this lecture, Mette Borre, clinical dietitian at Aarhus University, takes you through the intestines from end to end.
