With the constant input from Tik Tok, You Tube, and school curriculum, her mind is flooded with dystopian thoughts. Every day she asks her dad what will happen in the future. Will their home flood? Will there be bees next summer? Molly's father doesn't know what to do. Because no matter what he does, Molly doesn't stop asking or worrying. In a wholehearted attempt to calm Molly, he plans a joint survival trip into the woods. But the trip turns out to be completely different than expected. In a magical clairvoyance, the species of nature open up to Molly and her father, who are invited into a common language.
