Athelas invites you to a concert where you will get six examples of what is happening in Europe today - expressed by young composers from Ukraine, Hungary, France, Finland and Denmark. Welcome to an evening at the Concert Church, where Europe's contemporary music meets, challenges and inspires. ECCO Concert is the European Composer and Songwriter Alliance's flagship project for new art music and brings together some of Europe's most exciting composers each year in a concert that celebrates artistic curiosity, cultural diversity and internationalcooperation. The evening's program is performed by Athelas Sinfonietta Copenhagen under the direction of conductor Susanne Blumenthal and features six works selected from 146 submissions from across Europe.
