Come to a lecture with Danish/Afghan writer Uzma Akbari and hear more about the Afghan poem form landai, and about the possibilities of literature to create resistance under censorship and social control. About the author: Uzma Akbari graduated from the Writers' School in 2024 and is a student of Literature at the University of Copenhagen. She has experience in translating landai poems and experiments with the poem form in her writing. The presentation is held in connection with Danish PEN's #ForbudteBøger campaign 2026, which focuses on censored literature and freedom of expression. Ticket DKK 35.
