Tummy Time & Baby Massage (baby 0-8 months)

It is super good and important for your baby's development to lie on their stomach a lot. It strengthens their back and neck - and forms the basis for later being able to crawl & sit. But many babies struggle with it - they find it difficult and not cool at all. In this workshop you will get a lot of exercises, tips and ideas for belly games. We use simple and inexpensive tools - no need to invest in expensive equipment afterwards. In the last half of the workshop we focus on several lovely and easy types of baby massage. We try out baby massage for play and stimulation - and to relieve a sluggish tummy, for example. In the last few minutes, we'll review our foreign body airway first aid techniques for babies 0-12 months. After the training, notes are sent by email to those interested. Bring soft bedding for yourself and your baby. For (best) parents with children aged 0-8 months. Pregnant women are also welcome (please bring a doll/teddy bear).
