Learn more about children's linguistic and communicative development in the first year of life with Anja Elisabeth Sand Although it typically takes about a year before your child says his or her first words, your baby is already actively communicating and trying to understand his or her surroundings from birth. The lecture focuses on how a baby's language and communication develop during the first year of life and how you as a parent can create the best framework for your child's beginning language. Anja will also have some practical exercises with singing, using the voice and how to create a shared attention and thus strengthen the baby's language. About Anja Anja Elisabeth Sand is a trained music educator from the conservatory and a speech therapist. Anja has taught babies and their parents since 2000 and has since taught all ages in music. Today, Anja works as a speech therapist in Gladsaxe municipality with children from 0-16 years old.
