Baby rhythms are great for you and your baby Give your child a good start in life and work up a sweat yourself. Focusing on the 3 primary senses that form the basis for all further development, it is a great way to strengthen the connection between you and your baby while you both have fun. Bring a blanket for your child to lay on. It is recommended that the children are between 3-9 months old the first time you come.
