The experience consists of 3 guided sauna rounds, where Kenneth works with carefully selected essential oils, incense and heat waves that slowly unfold the senses and create a meditative and immersive atmosphere. Between the rounds there are breaks with the option of three refreshing dips in the sea, where the cold and wind from the North Sea provide an intense and life-giving contrast to the heat of the sauna.
