Join us on a sensual walk among the trees of Fladbro Forest and experience nature with new eyes. We meet at the Forest House. From here we move into the fascinating world of trees and investigate the species that characterize the forest around us. Along the way, you will learn to recognize the trees, hear about their history, use and cultural significance, and gain insight into the important roles they play in our lives and landscapes. The tree walk is for anyone aged 10 and up who is curious about nature. At the same time, the trip is an opportunity to slow down, put away the screens and experience the peace and connection that nature can provide. We will cover questions such as:How do you recognize different tree species? How does a tree work? What importance do trees have for people and society? Why do many people experience greater peace and presence in nature? There is also room for larger reflections about time, life, nature and man's place in the world.
