Join us on a guided tour of Malergården, where the Swane family lived. The tour takes you through the living rooms, rooms and not least the studio, where the atmosphere and light is particularly atmospheric. With stunning views of the Lammefjord, Malergården is the original home of a very special family. The Swane family moved here from Copenhagen with the dream of being self-sufficient and living the artist life. Agnete, Sigurd and their children Hanne, Gerda and Henrik moved in in 1934. The farmhouse stands as it did back then - with original furniture and interiors. The family's paintings hang thickly all around and it's as if Sigurd or Agnete could walk through the door at any moment. The tour takes us through the main house with its beautiful living rooms, the atmospheric studio and through the winding corridors on the first floor - where there are windows in the ceiling. Along the way, we hear the fascinating history of the place and the family.
