Experience the students from the Royal Danish Theatre's Ballet School as Frede Stær and his friends create a truly fantastic performance on Gamle Stage. Frede Stær's Dream Theater is an enchanting ballet story for and with children. At the center of it all we meet the entertainer Frede Stær, who has set out to present a magnificent performance in which all the art forms of theater participate. But instead of applause, he is greeted by the frighteningly empty stage. The clapper has fallen, and Frede is left alone in the darkness. In his brave attempt to handle everything himself, Frede enters a new and unknown world. Here he is confronted with trials that test his skills as a friend and his understanding of how important it is to help each other.
