Festival Production Workshop

Music Help Scenesetup invites you to workshops where you will gain insight into pre-production and production of festivals. There will be plenty of time for conversations and questions - and there is room for everyone, regardless of whether you have worked a little with festivals before or are a complete beginner! The workshop will be held in Danish and includes dinner. Mikkel Skov is a mentor at this workshop, and will talk about his own experiences with festivals and provide introductions to topics such as site plans, production plans, budgets and management. The workshop is organized by ROSA as part of Musikhjælp Scenesetup, an initiative created in collaboration between the Tuborg Foundation and ROSA. With Musikhjælp Scenesetup, festivals with a focus on the growth layer can apply to be awarded a professional setup - consisting of stage, sound, lighting and technicians.
