Beach Clean Up Dear everyone - let's clean the beaches together Our ocean needs a helping hand, and that's why we're inviting you to a beach cleanup again. Together we collect plastic and trash and make a visible difference for both the ocean, the beach and the wildlife Each beach cleanup is part of a larger effort throughout the season. The goal is that the collected plastic, in collaboration with artist Lise Vestergaard, will be used to build a full-size sperm whale measuring 13.7 meters at Klitpladsen in Løkken. In this way, we give marine animals a voice and everyone becomes aware of the growing plastic pollution. After the beach cleanup, we gather for coffee, tea, juice and cake and a count of the day's collection. You can continuously participate in our competition to see how many pieces of plastic we collect throughout the 2026 season. Everyone can join, so please bring your friends and family along. There is a special, icy reward for the youngest. Remember practical clothing, sunscreen and possibly gloves.
