Creative Workshop with Watercolor Ink The world may be noisy and stressful—but when we immerse ourselves in something creative, the world falls silent. This workshop invites you to immerse yourself in creative work with watercolor ink, where we’ll embark on a creative process together and experience that sense of flow that a creative moment can bring. When we are absorbed in something, our body settles down and our nervous system relaxes, so we feel a sense of well-being and inner peace. You don’t need to have experience with creative work or be able to make something “pretty”—because when it comes to mental health, the result of your creative work isn’t what matters most. Immerse yourself in the creative process with a doctor and an artist Lærke Egefjord. The price includes materials.
