Gentofte Municipality's Citizens' Advisor is independent and employed directly by the Municipal Council to help you if you are dissatisfied with the municipality's treatment of you or your case. Do you need help understanding a letter or a decision? Do you need help moving forward with your case, or has communication with the municipality become difficult? Then you can either come by the Main Library during office hours or contact citizen advisor Tina H. Jepsen by phone: 20 45 77 34. Practical information Free of charge.
