Charming samba and bossa with a popped edge from Brazilian juniper Ava Rocha draws on warm samba and bossa as well as Western pop and indie rock influences in her deeply personal and quirky singer-songwriter expression. For almost two decades, the Brazilian musician, performer and filmmaker has won the hearts of audiences worldwide and featured on Iggy Pop's personal playlist on BB 6 Radio. At ALICE we are happy to present her in October when she plays her first Danish concert. As one of the most important voices on the Brazilian alternative music scene, Ava Rocha has created a deeply personal expression across music, art, performance and film since the late 2010 s.
