Maternity café: Food startup

Join us for a cozy and hopefully educational maternity café, where the topic is food and food startup. When your child starts eating solid foods, a new and exciting phase opens up in your everyday life. It is a time marked by curiosity and sensory experiences for the child - from the first small taste samples to being able to sit at the table and eat with you. The maternity café about starting food is for those of you who are on maternity leave (mother and/or father) and your child (3-12 months). This morning we focus on how you can support your child's development in a safe and natural way. We talk about when it's time to start, which consistencies are suitable for the different stages of development, and what's good to start with. Together we also look at how mealtimes can become a pleasant and positive experience, both for the child and for the rest of the family. Occupational therapist and child therapist Maria will guide and inform you through today's topics.
