In the fall of 2026, East Jutland singer Kristine Thastum will release her new EP, "Himlen over mig." The occasion will be marked by an atmospheric release concert on Sunday, October 4, at 3:00 p.m. at Kulturhotellet in Rønde. The new EP features six songs that straddle the line between folk/pop and the classic singer-songwriter genre. The repertoire consists of a personal mix of Kristine Thastum’s own original compositions and intimate interpretations of Danish songs The songs unfold within an intimate, reflective, and honest lyrical universe that revolves around universal emotions such as longing, hope, loss, love, and the art of letting go.
