This year, the Center for Health and Welfare (CSV) and the Center for Disability, Psychiatry and Abuse (CHPM) in Glostrup Municipality are part of the Month of the Mind, where you can meet two of their municipal services during the festival. You can meet CSV on September 22nd and October 8th, where they will come and talk about their "Learn to tackle anxiety and depression" offer, which are short self-help courses with a focus on coping and well-being - regardless of whether you are a relative or are sick yourself. At the stand, more information will be provided about what the courses look like in detail, and you can ask about experiences and experiences from the courses. You can meet CHPM on September 10, September 22 and October 6, where you can hear more about their offers for young people aged 18-30 who experience dissatisfaction or complex challenges.
