Requiem for Paper? - a performance installation in the glass house. Grib Gruppen invites you to the paper refuge, where we gather around our heritage in paper. An archive where books, postcards, dolls and much more give us a touching insight into our common daily lives and being - both past and present. The personal stories become common in the recognizable impressions on everyday paper, and in Requiem for Paper? the paper unfolds into a sensual universe that evokes images of life lived in a way that perhaps only paper can. Is this the requiem of paper - the last song of paper? Three artists from Gilleleje, Helene Kvint, performing artist, Filippa Berglund, set designer, and Birgit Løkke, musician and composer, have come together in Grib Gruppen. They work with their works in an installation, music-dramatic and cross-aesthetic way, based on everyday stories and local life - and always with paper as a partner. Requiem for Paper?
