A new project with author and consultant Anette Wolthers, who will guide us through 12 paintings from the Art Museum's collection. We will be taken around Halsnæs, country/city, industry/craft, man/woman & landscape paintings. All from local artists The Textile Duo RAW, Embroiderer Rikke Ruff and textile artist Annette Aare have started a brand new collaboration with Halsnæs Art Museum in Frederiksværk The first event will be this Painting lecture where Anette Wolthers will highlight selected works and see them in a new and different perspective. Special details and elements will be pulled out and seen with new glasses. All the artists behind the 12 paintings have lived in Halsnæs and the surrounding area or are locally rooted. The lecture is free - but you must register, as there are not unlimited seats. There will be a break during the event where you can buy coffee, tea or a glass of wine including some snacks. Price: 50 DKK, payable when you register.
