DToday's master of ceremonies is Maria P, who will take guests through 3 rounds focusing on breathing and a meditative journey to the North American wilderness.. Gusrating:(medium/hot)There are 8 seatsin the sauna Information:There is the possibility of taking a cold dip in the lake, never go into the lake alone. There is a toilet (ask the steward for the key)There are no changing facilities. During the gus, all guests must bring a towel to sit on. Make sure you have eaten and drunk well in advance for the best experience. The Gus itself consists of 3 rounds of 10-12 minutes each, with breaks in between, for a total of 60-70 minutes. Prices:Guests: 120 kr.
