When the hands work, the mind and body calm down. Craft psychology puts into words what humans have always known: Repetition, rhythm and presence awaken something in us. In this workshop we will experience the theory in our bodies through exercises with repetition, flow and community as we create nature watercolors. Everyone is welcome to join, whether you have painted before or it is your first time. The speaker is Kirsten Kühne: Associate Professor, ceramist and Masterclass in Craft Psychology.
