Experienced test knitter and knitting enthusiast Lone Toftegård hosts knitting enthusiasts, including beginners, at Svendborg Library every Tuesday. Knitting is ancient craftsmanship, modern design and, not least, cozy togetherness. In the knitting café at Svendborg Library, you can get help when you're struggling with the pattern and to get started with the beautiful knitting. Experienced knitting enthusiast and test knitter Lone Toftegård is manning the knitting café on Tuesday afternoons. Lone Toftegård got her first knitting needles when she was about 5 years old, and knitting has been a big part of her life both privately and professionally since then. Over the years, Lone has worked as a test knitter for, among others, Marianne and Helga Isager. Drop by the knitting café at Svendborg Library for a few hours every week, get inspired and share your knitting experience.
