My talk will take you on the journey that shaped me: from doubt, identity struggles and blue flashes - to clarity, strength and purpose. You will gain insight into how old thoughts and patterns keep you stuck in the same life, and how you can break them. I'll show you how even the darkest chapters can become your greatest resource as you learn to take responsibility, build trust, and become more available - both to yourself and to others.
