The cover of the first issue of Tyendebladet was adorned with Jeppe Aakjær's "Tyendesang". A workers' classic that incited the "black army" of agricultural workers to fight for better rights, to step out of the "night of slavery". In recent years, contemporary literature has once again turned its critical gaze towards 'production Denmark', towards its fields, pesticides and breeding animals, towards closed small farms and enormous industrial farms. Author Malte Tellerup is one of the literary voices agitating for a new agricultural revolution. In several acclaimed titles, he explores the current forms, conditions and frameworks of agricultural work, as well as the possibility of other connections and exchanges between humans, soil and landscape. It will be about poetry and politics, the relationship between green and red visions, among other things.
