Victor Boy Lindholm is a poet and journalist, and in recent years has made a name for himself with books that focus on climate, nature and movement. In 2025 the book was published: Every day is a new hope - about fishing in a changed nature Here we follow Victor's obsession with catching the biggest fish, and embark on a journey through devastated seas and waterways. Throughout the book, Victor meets people for whom fish mean everything, and reports from a Denmark where fishing is an exercise in hope. Not just a hope to catch the fish, but a hope that the nature they love will continue to exist. For Literary Wednesday, Victor Boy Lindholm talks to us about the sea and the lakeland that connects the regions and us - about literature and the importance of water for our future.
