Tour of Hancock and 4-course dinner at Ballast On September 24, Hancock and Thise invite you to a very special evening, where two strong local producers meet in a gastronomic experience created by Restaurant Ballast. The evening begins with a tour of Hancock, where guests get closer to the brewery, production, craftsmanship and history behind both beer and soda. Afterwards, Restaurant Ballast will provide the evening's gastronomic experience with snacks and a 4-course menu. The kitchen takes products from both Hancock and Thise as its starting point and puts together a menu where beer, soda, cheese, cream and butter are used in new and exciting ways.
