Do you have challenges with Mit ID, e-Boks or email? At the library we give you help to make your digital life easier. What you will get help with At Digi Punkt, you can get guidance on many of the challenges that come with going digital in everyday life. This can be anything from creating an email address, downloading photos, booking an appointment online or buying a bus ticket. We help you become more self-reliant so you feel confident when you meet new digital demands. No appointment required - you just show up Help with everything from Mit ID and e-Boks to everyday apps Referral to the appropriate authority if the task requires more than we can handle together Digi Punkt is open to everyone, and the help is free. Practical info On Thursdays in odd-numbered weeks, the Elderly Affairs Department will be participating, which can help with apps for hearing aids. Please note that this does not apply during school holidays.
