Are you curious about singing bowls and singing bowls, but don't quite know what is "up and down"? Then join us for this intro workshop, where you will get the basics down. We will go over, among other things: The difference between machine-made and handmade bowls - and why it matters for the sound How to strike the singing bowl correctly How to make the singing bowl sing (the "rimming" technique)How to choose the singing bowl that's right for you The effect of the bowls on body and mind - calmness, relaxation and a pain-reducing effect You will receive both theory and a great opportunity to try your hand at the bowls yourself, so you will leave with a basic understanding of this thousands-year-old craft. Plenty of singing and sounding bowls will be provided during the course and singing and sounding bowls, as well as bells and French wind chimes, can also be purchased.
