Demonstrations are a story about distilling & the history behind a microdistillery on Samsø. An opportunity to see, hear, smell and taste how we make our products and includes 3 tastings. The demonstration costs DKK 175,- and starts exactly Come inside Sams Island Distillery, a distillery that takes pride in making everything from scratch, using local ingredients wherever possible. The tours are a story about distilling and the history behind the start-up of a micro distillery on Samsø. A tour takes you behind the workings of a distillery Mads is a passionate storyteller and covers a lot of ground when he talks about the art of distilling, temperatures, the importance of good raw materials, fermentation, fermentation and of course we finish with a tasting of 3 different products.
