Join Bjarke's Wild Food on a gathering trip at scenic Frederikshåb, where you will experience the joy of gathering herbs and gain knowledge about their diversity. Along the way, I will share my experiences and provide tips on how you can use nature in your own kitchen and bring wild herbs into your kitchen. We will meet in the parking lot at Vestre Rullebane, where I will be ready by my Grey Toyota and take you on a trip into the wild. You must bring a small bag/basket and scissors/knife. It is a good idea to wear hiking shoes/boots and a bottle of water or similar. Duration approximately 3 hours depending on mood. Entrance fee: $1 kr.
