Join us as documentary journalist Magnus Boding Hansen gives an insight into the work behind the documentary "Maersk and the Drug Smugglers" on TV 2. Magnus takes you into a world where criminal networks have infiltrated Danish and international Ports, and at the same time tells about working as a journalist in some of the world's most dangerous environments. Magnus has lived and traveled for five years in some of Latin America's most criminal areas, where he has had sources in the infamous Sinaloa cartel and been close to the everyday violence in countries like Mexico, Colombia and Somalia. He has thus gained access to environments that rarely open their doors to outsiders - and certainly not to journalists. Since 2024, Magnus has been a journalist at Jyllands-Posten. With a keen eye for the darker corners of society and an ability to dig up the most hidden stories, he has uncovered how bikers established themselves at the Port of Aarhus and how Faroese fishermen were allocated fishing quotas worth billions.
