Even when life is running smoothly with work, healthy family relationships, friends and a boyfriend, it can all go off the rails! My life did when a bag of white powder was thrown on the table at a party. What am I talking about? I have lived 33 years and 7 of them have been lived beyond the ordinary. In my mid-20 s, at a party I was introduced to something I didn't know what it was, but I was curious and was hooked immediately. It was heroin and it was allowed to rule my life for the next 7 years. On my tour you will hear about how my life has moved from being well-functioning with work, family, apartment, friends, to having to live a double life. My well-functioning life had to be combined with increasing abuse, where I had to raise money to stay healthy and keep it a secret from my family and friends.
