"Gay" is the title of a record that sparked debate and censorship in 1975, but which nevertheless stands today as a groundbreaking LGBTQ+ classic. On the occasion of the "bøssepladen"'s 25th anniversary and reissue, we celebrate it - and the library's newly purchased vinyl player - with a visit from author Bent Jacobsen for a conversation about the controversial work and its significance today. Along the way, songs from the album will be played, anecdotes shared and lines drawn forward in time. The music school is in charge of a little "forbidden group singing" as a prelude to the conversation.
