Svanger has its roots in Nordic folk music and the Danish song treasure. They play with the old traditions and mix them with modern jazz. The duo also reaches out to other cultures and finds musical ideas through a wide range of genres and musical traditions. Svanger investigates how to create music with just two melodic instruments. They use loops, effects and vocals to play with the sound and experiment with the format.
