Littera TORSDAG is an offer for those who love literature. On selected Thursdays we meet at Hasle Library and enjoy literature and fellowship with like-minded people. Each time the literature facilitator ensures that there is a new angle on literature and a new experience in store. Registration is not necessary, just show up. Dates for Littera TORSDAG in the fall of 2026:August 27: Short story reading circle No preparation, just come as you are. We start by having a short story read aloud and then start to figure out what it contains in terms of characters, setting, themes and symbolism. We will also talk about how it is written and how we each experience it as readers. September 24: Literary walk at Vestereng We meet at the library and walk together to Vestereng, where there is a fine exhibition of sculptures in September. The literature facilitator brings a small selection of texts that we can enjoy together along the way. Halfway through we take a short break with a cup of coffee. We walk 3-4 km at a normal pace.
