Come behind the scenes at Lowlands - and get up close to the taste, craftsmanship and life in a small distillery This isn't about standing at a distance and hearing about how we make our spirits. Together we create our own gin on a small tabletop still, smell and taste the botanicals and follow the process from raw materials to the first drops of gin. While our gin is being made, we taste a selection of Lowland spirits and discover the ingredients and stories behind them. Along the way, there must also be something on the table We serve Portuguese "conservas" - quality preserves from Santa Catarina in the Azores and traditional Conservas Pinhais - straight from the can with good sourdough bread and our own imported Italian extra virgin olive oil. Finally, we move to the bar and end the experience with a Lowland signature cocktail.
